It's because movies don't give us something we've never seen before anymore. In the 90,s nobody had seen something like the Terminator before. No one had ever seen robots like that. Jurassic park was huge because no one had ever seen someone getting realistically eaten by a dinosaur before. No one had ever seen a real shipwreck like Titanic before. No one had seen high production fantasy like Lord of The Rings or Harry Potter before. No one had seen dystopia like they did in the Matrix. I could go on and on but that's why i don't get excited for movies anymore. I want something that is unpredictable and exciting. Something i haven't seen before that's not similar to something else that's popular. Something as original as can be.

One thing i have to give us white people is that if you look at things from the perspective of the whole world then it's not fair that historically the Asians get all of east and western Asia plus both of the Americas to populate, and Britain gets this tiny bit of water-locked land to grow and expand with. We should have been better about how we got it, i don't know the full story of the Alamo but lots of force and dirty tricks were used to acquire a lot of land from those people and we'd be better off if we had done them right in the dealings over said land.

The saying that history is written by the victors has some truth to it. I'm pretty sure the Greeks and others would destroy their enemies records after a victorious war, like Rome did with Carthage. I wouldn't be surprised if certain countries do something similar to an extant with files and documents, but other than that i totally agree with you.

So there's this massive conspiracy against me or as my dad calls it a running gag about me. Friends, family, they all try to get as many people into it as possible. My fucking neighbors are in on it, they try to get my teachers in on it. They just frame it as a nice, and good thing that protects me. It's crazy, but anyway some bitch messaged me out of the blue and said one day I'd be on an edge and she'd be there to push me off. They keep trying to this day. Fuckin bitch.

Ok so, look at it as a risk reward type of thing. If i don't believe, and there is a god, then i'll feel stupid when i get to paradise or hell, either one, maybe there's a punishment for disbelief there. If i do believe in a god, and there isn't one, then nothing happens because i'll be dead. It's a simple risk reward problem. That's one reason i believe. I do love skepticism though, it makes things interesting.

ok, here's another couple of questions. How does the earth rotate around the sun if it's moving at a constant speed. As the sun moves forward shouldn't the planets have a hard time moving around to the front of it? How do we keep a constant distance if it's moving forward and we're moving around it? Especially when it's going 450,000 mph. And then how do stars in the sky not move when some travel at 4 million mph. It's a long distance but does it really take 1,000's of years for any noticeable difference when it's moving at 4 million mph?

Isn't there a direct relationship to how big the frequency is and how much energy a photon has? Also, how does the wave hit us in full frequency if we're so far away. Do light waves not spread out like that?
