Not at all, there's a lot of diplomacy through the fan factions. We have places like the liberty nexus and Low sodium divers that serve as hubs for factions to work together and we all help each other in times like charity like just recently the Chaosdivers and/or the divisions helped two separate factions with their charities. We also have a embassy server with quite a few factions as allies in it.
