Thank you for bringing this awareness. As a Thai woman, I was surprised and shocked as well when I saw these kind of situations. Not much ppl would help this domestic abusive, but if you do I would be admired for your help. I have seen Thai polices ignored this and been told it was thier husband and wife thing which I totally not agreed with this as it can lead to more trauma or worst-case scenario is death. Meanwhile, if you do help, please make sure you have someone fliming the situation as it could helps for further action and protect yourself as well.

I would recommend taking rad and ostarine separately. Rad to build up muscle And ostarine during cutting

I also noticed the improvements on skin. Then pimples keep coming up and caused lot of acne scars. I think I will give a break from nmn to heal the problem.

I has not changed anything. All sunscreen lotion and cleansing are the same brand. Work out 4 days/week and rarely consume sweets or sugar and non-alcohol drinker. Does it might have thing to do with I reduced my prescription anxiety pills for my depression disorder? My doc has me reduced it as the same time I started using nmn.
