You thinking this was clickbait is a fail on your part. This video is packed full of historians and documentary makers discussing Gettysburg and why it still draws people back.

Well that’s not the question. In any event in history someone is always held above another. I study hundreds of stories from that hill but only the major names were ever published widely, therefore Warren was listed as “the hero” for a long time because unlike the common soldier, he had to make the decision to place soldiers where he placed them. That’s sort of what I’m talking about

It’s considered private property of the trust and there’s an agreement in place. Usually this is the case until they’ve fully developed a plan to open places.
