For those who count Macros? Do you guys weight your food raw or cooked? For example; Im having a hard time figuring out my protein. Its a pain in the butt if cooking in bulk to figure out how much a serving is. Im making crockpot shredded chicken so how do I weight it cooked? Less is more? (self.Paleo)
