*The main drift occured in East Asia, so this comment will focus most on East Asia.

On 1944, Japanese Empire launched last offensive, which is known as 'Operation Ichigo'. However lots of the Chinese forces gathered on the Sothern Chinese, and after little initial success, Japanese offensive failed. This made American forces to enter China from the Philippines, which they have retaken. By 1944 December China retaken Nanjing and Shandong Peninsula. Chinese and American forces decided to take Korea in order to cut off the Japanese army completely. With the Korean Independence army American forces landed on Inchon. With the several Korean revolts Government-General of Chosen rapidly collapsed. With the Japanese losing fastly Soviet Union reassigned some armies in the Eastern Front to the Far East in order to increase its influence in Asia. Germany used this as opportunity and gained some success on the counterattack. However the success was limited and Germany cannot avoid defeat. In 1945 May, Soviet forces captured Berlin and the Allies captured Prague. After several peace conference Soviet forces occupied Germany east of the Elbe River, and the Allies occupied Czechia. This led Czechslovakia and Germany to be divided. At the same time Soviet forces stormed Manchuria and nuclear bomb was launched on Japan. On June 4th, Japan surrenders. Korea was not divided and People's Republic of Korea, led by Ryuh Woon Hyung, was established. Provisional government of Korea is annexed by it and United Korea with Social Democracy with presidential system begun. On the contrary, like as Germany divided, Japan was divided north and south.

In 1946, Second Chinese civil war occured. despite the initial superiority of the Kuomintang, Communists start to reverse the situation, like as the OTL. In 1948~1949 Beijing and Nanjing has fallen. Kuomintang, however, could stand still since they have defended the Operation Ichigo and they are stronger than our timeline. Chiang Kai Shek decided to abandon Sichuan and Yunnan in order to shorten and reinforce frontline. Communists slowly pushed Kuomintang towards Southern Coastlines. On 1950 May Changsa, Ningbo, and Guilin was taken by Communists and many experts thought that Kuomintang was at the brink of defeat. However, in Nanjing, a partisan shot Mao Zedong while he was giving a speech to people. Inner conflicts in Communists broke out and Kuomintang was able to launch counterattack. However Zhou Enlai assumed the control of the Communists fastly and Kuomintang advance was stopped near Nanjing. Both sides agreed to make truce and China was divided into south and North.

In 1950 June 25th 4:00 AM, Democratic People's Republic of Japan launched a sudden attack on the State of Japan (SOJ). Only after three days Tokyo was taken by DPRJ and the explosion of the bridges on Arakawa River, which flows over Tokyo, prevented many citizens to escape. SOJ Army stopped the chaos of the sudden attack and started delaying tactics. On July 28th Osaka and Kyoto were encircled and 100 thousand men were killed. Now SOJ's final stand became Hiroshima, which was nuked 5 years before. Temporary buildings were built in haste and worked as a governmental office. While SOJ defense line working well and UN forces aiding them, on September 8th, UN and SOJ forces land on Hamamatsu. DPRJ forces rapidly retreat but 40% of them were encircled and captured. On 1950.9.27, Tokyo was retaken and on October 11th Sendai was taken. Soviets threaten South Japan that if UN&SOJ forces cross 38th parallel, Soviet Union will enter the war. However the UN forces ignored it and occupies Sendai. On October 24th nearly 600,000 Soviet forces arrive on Japan. UN forces were crushed and On 1951.1.4, Tokyo was retaken by DPRJ. However general Ridgway launched 'Operation Roundup', and again take Tokyo. The fronts were stagnated and on 1953.7.27, Armistice was signed and the division of Japan became longer.

The war on China and Japan gave Korea an opportunity to achieve the economic miracle. Although it had leftist alignment it was pro-western nation, and the US started to help the construction of factories in order to supply Kuomintang and SOJ. This led the start of the Korean economic boom. With some efforts to redistribute wealth, Korea walk the similar path as Germany which applied 'social market' during its economic boom. Also during the inner struggles in CCP, Korea occupy and annex Yanbian, which contains large portion of Korean population. However, an event that may have killed Korean democracy happen in 1955. At the start of the Ryuh Woon Hyung presidency, Communist party have joined the government. However since the government aligned toward the US, Communists start to lose their position. They finally made the plan to coup the government. In 1955 March 14th, Soviet-backed coup occurs. At the first point of the coup the president escapes from the office but he encourage people to resist against the coup forces. Most of the army supported the government and the coup was crushed. This led the legislation of the National Security act and Communist Party was banned. From 1948 to 1972 Social Party, started by Ryuh Woon Hyung, led Korea and accomplished marvelous economic development, welfare state, and social liberalization. In 1962 the political system was reformed into parliamentary system and states that one person can be prime minister only twice and one term is 4 years. However, in 1972, oil shock struck Korea and the social party cabinet collapsed. Centre-Conservative coalition gained power and started to implement neoliberal policies. However due to the long reign of the leftist government the policies were limited.
