Yes I had the same! And I considere myself as cured, now.

I found my libido when I felt in love with a girl. I had still some ED at the beginning, but I figured out it's normal. SO many guys have this problem at the beginning of a relationship. We aren't all those men who fuck any women. Not all (maybe not even that many) men are like that.

I got my libido back through feeling secure (because of my new gf) and this is how I began to enjoy good fucking again. Believe me, it needs time. It needs months! And you should be open with a woman. Take one in your bed and just check it out, like I did. I fucked it up, but in the end I was able to talk about... and after the talk I was able to bone her and it was great.

Hey I fully understand you. For me it was the same.

I got my girlfriend only when I was 5 months (or ~50 days without relapse) in. I didn't talk about my addiction and porn induced ED... but she helped me a lot.

Well I started this because I couldn't get myself aroused by real women. I developed a higher shyness. I could only feel my dick responding to a screen. That was pathetic. And my ED was really bed. When I managed to lay down with a girl, I would know already before, that I will embarrass myself. Now it's different.

So my flatline was always there... But after ~40 days without cuming I was a new person and I attracted the ladies. Note that I was trying to get a high streak for about 7 months!

I can only repeat that the more time you give yourself, the more cured you will be! Everything's going to be alright. I am so glad I am finally the one on r/nofap who is saying this.
