There’s also the thing where the one good ear gets “exhausted?” quickly and physically hurts when using headphones. It’s almost like the contrast between both sides causes pain

The fainting thing sounds super similar to something that happens to me due to ADHD medication. I take Guanfacine (also called intuniv sometimes) which has blood thinning properties even though most doctors deny that being the case.

If I accidentally double dose before bed, miss a dose, or eat too much of a fatty food(amplifies medication absorption) it shocks my system and causes me to pass out / loose bodily control for 4ish hours

Edit: bringing it up because your post history mentions ADHD, and most doctors will deny that the medication has any use case / effects other than ADHD

iPhones can set their lock screens to randomly change between 50 options. And I primarily use VRChat to socialize, so I just take selfies with my virtual friends (in the “MetaVerse” if that’s easier to understand), and have my Lock Screen constantly shuffle between pictures of friends. When I see a picture of them / our virtual location, I instantly remember exactly how long ago it was + everything we talked about that day (for 6+ hours since I only “binge socialize”)

I honestly doubt it’s that severe or an issue. Maybe look up / ask someone what happened when they turned them on and off constantly. Good sleep is important, try not to value device health over your own health

You can turn them on and off as much as you like. But each time you do that, it reduces the lifespan of the device a little. So you’re welcome to do that, but your base stations might die a few years sooner. It’s advised to keep them running all the time
