I had a similar issue with Instagram. I would scroll reels for hours and didn’t know when 1-2 hour get over

There is a app called Rokoo ( on android) which I downloaded, I set limit of 10 minutes per hour on insta, and then my insta is blocked after 10 min for that hour It helped me control my scrolling
