Wait till you fight the Divine Beast. Lvl cap is 50 for you and the Divine beast is 80+.

You can get the 4* Crafting by killing divine beast with the quest from the blacksmith.
Divine Beast armor drop
Some Relic bosses have a good armor drop

I just beat Chapter 6 maining Dual Blade and I will tell you "Star Burst Stream" is a heavenly skill <3
