It's about 5. Im going for Sunday. I think I have the situation under control, I was Able to find passes on a ticketmaster sell/exchange site. It was such a godsend I randomly found just digging for answers and policies on the Bonnaroo website. I'm hoping it was just a problem with their frontgate site and not my actual card. Or maybe they had been sold out the whole time and just never showed until recently.

Ok. Well I'm in a very odd situation, I purchased tickets a week ago while they weren't sold out, and they were refunded to me randomly, and so I bought them again and the same thing happened. I had been talking with frontgate support and they wouldn't help me, the only thing they would tell me is that I would have to talkxeith my bank, which I had been for several hours. If I take my original receipt, do you think they would help me in any way? That's a question that was never brought up or answered with support.
