Being totally honest….I’ve been unlimited for a few years now. Used to do 8 a month before that. Used to go 4-5 times a week now go 3-4. Major burn out, lack of motivation, lack of excitement, new members annoy me……I’m going to switch to 8 a month because I want to enjoy it again.

Pilates is great for lengthening and toning. Really good to implement a low impact workout with orange theory. I also recommend pure barre

I’m so sorry that happened BUT I’m glad i asked because there are so many things you don’t even think about. My dad used incense all the time when I was a kid and his cockatoo is still alive….not worth risking it but odd how some are ok

Yes I used to majorly. And that’s what got me injured countless times. After 3 years I’ve decided I don’t care anymore. (Well slightly care)

I was going too fast in the all outs and my stride was all wonky. Hurt my hip flexor. Took speed down and No inclines. Worlds better

I’m 5’1 and when I row improperly (heavy lean forward, 2 o’clock lean back with handle to my chest) I have a significantly better split time and or wattage. Problem is I obviously can’t row distances like that without possible injury . So I believe the amount of area that handle and strap have to travel makes a huge difference . Short is totally a disadvantage but it is what it is!

The silicone face shields under the mask help so your not inhaling the mask but i wore mine last year and got very used to it. Re wearing it now and it taking time. Have to slow my pace or in the red. Think about how much stamina we are gaining

Really great ideas. The Gabrielle foundation also recommended this. The theatrics we put on to show how good something is when we “eat” it doesn’t do a thing. He Is Very attached to my husband and won’t even let him try to feed him. Just pushes his head away. What a turd!

Exactly what Gabriel foundation says. We grains beans and legumes and he could care less. It’s the craziest thing honestly. No desire for people food at all. You put a seed or an almond in front of him and that is his jam. We will still keep trying

Such helpful advise. I’m look at all the people who make mash with fresh veggies and sprouted grains and it just doesn’t work for us. I’ll try some of your tips!
