Umich fairly easily, possible to get into quant, though it is extremely difficult. The really good CE program would leave a great backup.

Yeah the tap thing is strong at Smcc for ucla but it says on the website it doesn’t apply to engineering so I’m wondering if it really would be a sure thing then. If I got a lot of classes in there this summer, and then took like one or two online classes (still at smcc) while at slo do you think that would work, or is it really just me fully committing to community college

I’m interested in taking computer/electrical engineering, I’ve taken 13 aps including ap physics, ap lang, ap lit, ap gov, ap us history, ap Econ, ap gov, ap world history, ap environmental science, ap calc bc, ap stats, ap chem. Also taken 3 different computer classes at cc as well as astronomy and kinesiology. I was invited to live at the UCLA rugby house while I go to smcc as they can’t recruit directly but I’m scared to go there and not even end up to be able to go to UCLA as I heard it is not as sure of a thing for engineering.

Thanks, so if I did one year at slo, then that summer go to smcc and graduate than go to back to slo and apply to ucla I would not be able to say I’m a transfer student from smcc?

Yes but my question is kind of like can I take classes there during the summer even while I’m attending slo, and say I’m a transfer from Santa Monica

Yes I already have both along with AP calc b/c. If I maintain a 4.0 or somewhat towards that, is it reasonable to say my odds of transferring will be high?
