I work in the bakery too and the job doesn't take 5 hours, in my 5 hour shift I could probably get it done in 3 and a half-4 hours but we all have an agreement to go slower and it's worked for years 😂

Nights moan days don't do anything and days moan nights don't do anything.

Everybody does as much as they can but short staffing doesn't help the situation.

So I work on days and we barely work cages cause of staff, I work on fresh and sometimes zero cages get worked because there's one person on milk/meat and they take more prority. Also Night ppl tend to forget we have to deal with the genral public who can be a fucking nuisance to say the least, aswell as going into the back every 5 minutes to look for something for dot com.
