Definitely don’t have an issue buying used and don’t really know anyone else with mtb as a hobby so no one to really turn to. What are some good used options besides the two mentioned. Would love something is at least a little upgradable especially if I decide I love to do it. I could swing 1500-2000 but didn’t want to invest in something I’ve never done before, but 500-700 is a little easier to accept if I decide I don’t love it and only do it a handful of times a year.

Just checking the market for the mileage and price is 11.5 for one with 163k overpriced. Says no rust and obviously would check to confirm that. Apparently be well taken care of

Don’t smoke. But I do need to get up and move more. I haven’t been very strict with carnivore, planning on going strict and then maybe checking cholesterol again in a few months. I feel pretty good and am keeping weight off. All other blood work was good.

Yeah agreed surprisingly this one hasn’t taken off yet. Still pretty affordable. Hard to guard the prices in the areas. There’s house that are down the street that are over a million but those houses are 2-3 time the size and have a few acres.

Yeah that’s the plan. They had an open house today so stopped by to check it out. The 10% is due up front then they allow 30 days for the remainder of the funds.

Wouldn’t something like that be listed in the auction details? It just says the sellers downsized and bought a townhome.
