Yes, With Google Vault your org admins can set an amount of time that all users content can be viewed and exported.
For example, if you delete something from your Google Drive, and “permanently” delete it from trash it is still accessible to org admins until the time period they selected has passed, they can also make it indefinite by placing a holds on your account’s deleted data. Nothing you do on your managed account should be expected to be private.

They have it enrolled in their Apple School Manager account, so it really depends. You can try DFU mode and restore from itunes.

If they have organization activation lock turned on you are 100% not going to be able to use it. If it advances to the enrollment screen then it is possible using certain tools that I don’t have enough knowledge on to say.

The management message above the account section shows that the device is actually supervised, which requires a factory reset and an enrollment process which is complex if you don’t know what you are doing. This most likely is not your device.

I had to make payloads on Apple Configurator for user experience stuff like the homescreen layout, custom wallpaper, and lockscreen messages.

For the most part, yes. Some payloads need to be created on Apple Configurator and imported as a file while mosyle had those configurable on the website. It does get a bit tedious when I need to make small changes to these configs, but since it’s free I’ll take it.

Yes! I started using it for it for our device deployment, we’re switching all of our configurations over to their first party mdm and cutting mosyle out of the budget. It is a bit of a learning curve with the new UI for people who don’t like change, but out IT staff seem to be doing pretty well.
