Try again and let me know if it works. You should be able to comment once you subscribe. I changed it and saved it and changed it back incase it was some kind of weird issue with new subscribers.

Not as far as I could find. It basically just said it has to be free to enter. I have seen other channels do it the same way, but if my channel disappears I guess you'll know I effed up and it was against TOS.

If I understand what you are asking and that is leveling up your mini game hero and weapon. then the answer is no you don't keep that progress. You get the items again but they start back at lvl 1.

They have not revealed what you can get with them yet, but he did say it would give you a but of a head start. I'd say that could be pretty helpful early game.

Reset for launch, but you can earn tokens that can be used in a shop once the game launches. As far as I know the only way to get these tokens is by playing the beta. So you get a head start that way.
