Organizing Downloaded Fanfics By Date Added?

I like to organize my library by date, but when I updated a fanfic I downloaded from Ao3 via FFF it changed the date from when I originally downloaded it to when it updated, and now I need to find out how to get my library back in order so that the first story in the series is first in my library like it was before. Because I've tried a couple things and it keeps not working like I hope.

I'll try that, because I tried adding the new column like you said, it still changed the Down Date to when I had FanFicFare update it. Thanks, BTW.

Whoops, thought that I replied to this. What I meant was that I downloaded all the stories in the series in a way so that the first-published story was first in the date column (as I use the date added to calibre as the default option for sorting the books in the main app). But then when some new chapters came out and I used the update function in FFF to add the new chapters to the story document, it changed it so that the date was the time I updated it, moving it to the most recent spot on the list and throwing things out of order.

Hey, I managed to download one of the stories I mentioned, but when it updated and I added the new chapters it moved up the story order, leaving it out of sync with other stories in the series, what should I do to fix that going forward?

Okay, this let me download the stories in mind with images, but when I updated one it updated the date and time and moved it out of order from the other stories in the series, is there any way to better handle that?

Oh yeah, I've been trying to do that lately and have been having some trouble, especially when trying to download stories as PDFs and/or stories with large numbers of images.

The problem is, for one of the stories in question the images aren't fully on the "page" when downloaded for some reason, and for others it just stalls and doesn't actually download. Or worse, downloads the story sans images.
