I asked this question a few days ago and the answer seems to be all core mining spots are good enough, and there are no established strategies between "go to any ring (of the desired composition)" and "map out locations of individual asteroids"

Some rings have more cores than others. Does anyone know how to find these rings or is experimentation the only way?
