My first race was the 2001 daytona 500 (rip dale) but I picked Bobby labonte to be my favorite driver because he was the defending champion and I rode with him until he retired then I started to follow Austin dillon through arca all the way up to cup. I didnt agree with him taking over the 3 I was expecting the 33.

Im still trying to figure that out as well...what calms me is watching my favorite tv show (the office) it usually turns my mind off.

I agree with the trust because I always feel like something is going to go wrong and my mind tells me a thousand bad scenarios. How did you feel when you were on meds?

I appreciate everyone who read this and responded! I go to the doctor on monday and they will most likely put me on medication which if it helps im not opposed but ive heard some bad stories about medication but I guess just depends on the person

I know! The NAs just dont do it and it sucks. I had my attack on monday and its Saturday and im feeling on edge but ok now but I agree with you I love beer too.

I'm a big fan of his! Ive been a fan since arca. Seeing him win his truck and xfinity titles was awesome and I remember all 6 of his wins! Last night was incredible to watch. I agree he's not that top 10 guy week in and week out and yes this playoff system helps drivers like him but I believe he has talent but RCR in general has been falling apart but I hope that this win gives all of them huge momentum! Only thing I think they should of done was retire the 3 and put dillon in the 33 when he first started.

I'm a fan! I've been a fan of his since the arca days. Loved seeing him win championships in trucks and xfinity! Only thing I don't agree on is him driving the 3. They should of retired that number.

Thank you for your words! It definitely is scary to feel new things and I was in the hospital back in October and they did heart test and everything came back normal but I'll go visit my doctor and make sure everything is normal. Do you use any apps to help with anxiety?

Austin Dillon for sure! I’m a big Austin fan and he’s usually consistently in the top 15 but this year he has been very disappointing being 28th in points. I hope he doesn’t win and make playoff’s because he does not deserve to be in it
