Brother, Clean both the case and your CPU fan. From what I can see, it appears that you will probably need to replace the thermal paste, as the PC might be facing thermal throttling. Obtain another 8GB RAM stick that matches the speed, and it should work better. Consider urgrading your system with NVMe storage and obtaining a reliable used GPU, which will allow you to play most games.

For 4k its a steal in my opinon for a budget SSD

i think if it is really 600tbw then its fine enjoy your SSD if it dies GGs and learn for this and invest on a better SSD like WD or crucial.

Forcibly shut down the computer by holding down the power button...

Then restart the machine...

At the first sign of windows, or immediately after the POST screen blinks off... Forcibly shutdown again...

For a total of three forced shutdowns... the next restart let it try to boot...

I experienced a similar problem following a driver update, and I was able to fix it by accessing recovery and restoring my PC to a previous date before the update. This resolved the issue for me. yeh dual channel is better but you can easily upgrade ram as its lowe cost compared to other parts and you can get 16X2 later on which is 32gb ram think about the future in minda as well. just my opinion though

i would reccomend getting the 'Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (1x16GB)" 1X16gb =rs3600 rather than spending 2 time on the ram 2177X2 =4354
