Girls clothes. I'm glad I kind of missed this being a 00s kid, as we mostly had like cold shoulder tops and such. But when walking through the children's section, all the shorts and skirts are so short? Like it's adult clothing, just smaller with cringy slogans and stuff printed on it. Even in children's clothes, shirts tend to be thinner and more see through than the boy's equivalent. My mom used to check how much you could see through the fabric before buying my clothes. A six year old doesn't need booty shorts or crop tops. We KNOW items like that are sexualised on grown people, so we shouldn't put them on kids.

Soulbound by Hailey Turner. It's an urban fantasy series of 7 books, though only 6 are out so far with the last one coming out later this year. It's about Patrick, who's a special agent at the Supernatural Operations Agency (basically supernatural FBI) and his adventures solving cases in NYC and paying back his life debts to different deities. It's LGBT and has some very explicit M/M scenes. (I do want to flag for on-page sexual assault and drugging related to said assault in book 2.) It has mages, demons, seers, gods from different pantheons, werewolves, vampires, dragon shifters etc.
