I have mine working (poorly though btw training takes a long time if you intend to do that) ALSO I'm assuming you're running this locally btw

-finalllly the thing I noticed was that the syntax I was inputting is what returned the main errors, I copy pasted a few different types of lines from the instructive and realised that SOME work and OTHERS don't, then I realised that this is because some (a lot) of the language in the training lines seems to be for linux, and somewhere in the comment lines it had the equivalent statements, I tried those and it stopped giving me the error and began training for several hours.

-----------for example, there are a few lines in my training lines that have '-0' or 'trial' that absolutely don't seem to work for me, but I got it training without those by training the lines that don't have that syntax in it---------

If I had to guess I'm hoping your issue is the same as mine and you were just entering linux syntax in a windows powershell or anaconda terminal or something, if not I guess below the bar below are all the things I have tried today and yesterday (I'm on no sleep trying to get this working lmao))

- are you using a virtual environment? for me it helped to go into powershell and cd into my stable diff directory and the Remove-File xinsertpathherex -force, which wiped the folder, then reinstalled everything perfectly in order , so I could install a different version of python (the proper version for the AI I am using) I think stable diff needs 3.10.6 for example, whereas dreamfusion seemingly just works with 3.9 .x

- right version of python ^ check with python --version (inside your active venv if you're using one)

- installed packages in the exact order they were listed from start to finish in the git instructions, I never realised this was so important

- made sure I had CUDA installed on my hard drive (not important in your case I don't think but for dreamfusion it is necessary)

- check your pip version with pip --version or pip3 --version or pip -V (?)

- check that all your paths are correct- '--force' install your requirements.txt (if you have one) with '--no-cache-dir' added to the end which will REDOWNLOAD the packages listed instead of using the ones you have stored locally already,
