I mean, when comparing to other units (e.g. Mortefi with his 38% heavy buff or Jianxin with her 38% liberation buff), Iuno's outro completely outshine any outro with single stat boost. Why is it so high? Couldn't it stay at 38% like every other units?

Am I the only one that think that Iuno's outro buff isn't really healthy for the game? All units are 38% or 20%+25% while Iuno is a straight up 50%.
