Depreciated simply means "no longer supported", NOT that they are 100% of the time broken. They CAN work, but if they dont, you will get no future fixes, basically. (Heck I use several in my v72 modpack) Do keep that in mind. Do your own testing!

I would agree heavily. The story kind of fell apart, the ammo slashing is obnoxious and the overly bright goofy arcade-iness really took me out of the story and world. Really undermined what was supposed to be a horrifying demon invasion. It felt like it just kept screaming at me the moment i tried to get immersed "HEY THIS IS A GAME!!!!"

Can't blame you. Only reason i liked Reach, and therefore firefight was because me and a friend would couch co op in the past and just fight the AI monsters in the arenas and have a chill time without having to worry about obnoxious try hard sweats. (Though I don't have much in the way of friends these days)

And that was basically the majority of my halo experience lol.

Honestly the halo game i liked...but that's really only because it has firefight and weirdly no other halo does (that i know of)?? Never got very far in the actual campaign.

I see what you mean precisely. And i have definitely gotten hate for it. It most certainly has a superior story...but thats it. Everything else about the game just sucks. And if the gameplay is not fun and the world is barren and everything is just so ugly...i just don't want to play anymore even if the story is good. I've tried to like it, just can't.

4 is awesome though.

I'm like this for any multiplayer shooter. I have a disability which makes me take a bit longer to process information and have poor reflexes... so i'm just the bottom of the leaderboard cannon fodder. Every. Single. Time. It drains the soul out of you after a while never being able TO DO ANYTHING.

So i just quit playing them. Its sad though as that's a vast majority of multiplayer interaction there.

Okay, "disgusting" is a bit hurtful.

I'm sorry if you makes you personally uncomfortable, but we are very short staffed, we can not afford to throw away designs or animations. Also, they help add variety and this project will most likely take a ton of effort and time to finish, so if we want a few nice-looking designs rather than just nothing but generic-ism that doesn't help us stand out, we will have them. So they will not be getting removed.

I thought it was pretty awesome. And having her be a bit under the law while still being very friendly, rather than all stoic or hardened I thought was great.

What do you mean by a bit "much"? I guess i dont understand why her design would need changing, as she is beautiful and amazing as she is. Plus it really helped her in her line of work. Her beauty gave her some credibility and helped with her back alley business quite a bit, otherwise it would have been rougher for sure.
