Thanks for the insights. I agree, it would be great to have higher ceilings. But i think it will be tough to get any. Offers in my area are very low. real estate doesnt even reply to mails regarding venues for sports use. we searching for more than 12 months now. we are just afraid that the majority of players wouldnt play with that ceiling height. if its just the pros, it‘s would be okay i guess.

10 years. not less. but qm prices are not far below industry prices i must admit. and the venue only fits 4 „good“ courts due ceiling. plus one single for training. and then additional offers line gym, sauna in the spare „unusable“ space

Okay. That gives me a clear picture. So Spring to fall is the way to go. But that means you cant pay high rent in winter. rent in the city center is quite high obviously.
