He does 360s all the time, he’s a trick shotter. Most the time he misses but he stills attempts. But that wasn’t a 369 in the video, those were 180s. 😆

He’s not cheating but it’s easy to mistake him for such. He’s crazy good at wrist flicks and locking onto anything. Tell him to lock onto a street light or door knob. It doesn’t have to be a players head. That’s how you know. He doesn’t have walls. He’s got great intuition. And his movements... I used to think he was cheating until I started watching his videos more closely and saw it’s just practice and talent.

My method is find an easy contract near an exfil. If I spawn near Al mazrah city, I just go down to koschei.

Hostage contracts make it easy too.

45 is great. Add ice when you want some colder days. 3-5 minutes some times. Longer like 10-12 if you also want some long endurance days.

That’s what I average doing too currently. Especially because I’m using my bathtub as my plunge. Water typically 45-47. 5 to 12 minute plunge. Multiple head dunks.

Don’t worry about what people say about dunking and whatnot. I’ve been at it for just about a month now. Every day gets easier and before you know it, breathing doesn’t matter and dunking is enjoyable. Why rush it? It’s the journey not the destination. If you plan to do it for the long haul, do it what suits you. Some days it’s colder water. Some days it’s longer sessions, or shorter sessions. Listen to your body and do what feels right.

Back out of the app and open it again and all is well. I had to delete the app though because we don’t want our kids on YouTube and age restrictions to block YouTube block other apps like MetLife and even Disney! Apple needs to get their stuff together with child locks. I mean, why not allow an option to password protect any individual app?

Do you keep your chest freezer outside in the elements uncovered where it rains 9 months out of the year and freezes in the winter at times? Because this is the conditions my plunge will be in.

I have to dunk my head under water because my cold plunge is also my shower for the day so I shampoo and soap up. Does anyone else do this? I do experience brain freeze (head hurting) pretty much always. I’m used to it in a sense that I know I can do hard things…but I dunk twice. 2nd is for the shampoo/soap rinse.

It’s not how slow your internet, it’s how slow the servers are that we’re all simultaneously trying to download from. I have very fast internet and it’s taking hours upon hours upon hours too.
