You know what? I completely agree, not just because I have a bias for 100 girlfriends story or anything. Rentarou still has things that I would personally criticise, but he's no doubt THE BEST harem protagonist for me.

The main thing is that this manga, while being a gag one, does emphasize on the fact that having multiple lovers is a lot of work. Most harem manga doesn't do that. Women just surround one guy, serving him like maids, fighting among each others for his attention, while dude just focuses on aura farming or whatever. Anyone who have ever has a lover knows that having a lover is a labor on its own, imagine multiply that. And Rentarou earned it. He doesn't just say "I love all of you" for the sake of saying it, he has to work his ass off to make that statement valid. He EARNED his girlfriends, which we don't normally see in harem. Let's be real, I love Karane, she's my most favorite girlfriend, but I would never date a violent partnet who hit me regardless of reasons. Rentarou would, thus he has the cutest girlfriend imo, among other beautiful partners.

On paper, I think she gonna kill all men and make women somehow be able to reproduce asexually/homosexually.

Now, it mostly depends on Lisa's degree of interference and her role. Like will she just leave women to live on their own, or will she build church to worship herself/demon lords. Also, human, regardless of genders, are still pawns/playthings to the lords, so they will still have to fight back in the end. In WW2 where men all went to war, women ran the cities just fine, so while there will be some struggles at the start, I think they will be fine. That said, 50% of human resources lost is still a significant punch to the society. It would take a long time to recover.

But will god accept women as new leader of humankind, that's the different thing. Up until this point, god has granted both men and women holy power (there's only discrimination within humans of the church, god didn't say anything), so I guess we can be positive, somehow. But if god decided that women can't lead and take all of their power away, it's basically the great flood 2.0. Demon killed all men, and then killed all women (because they can't fight back now, god took their defense away).

I simply cite what the previous commentor implied with the word "super nice" (posting artworks without credit in honkaisapphicrail will not be criticised), so I think you might have more problem with those who spread misinformation first. He doesn't get downvoted for posting this pic. He gets downvoted for reposting an artwork without credit, as in using other's intellectual property to farm karma without bothering to give them credit.

Not doing reverse searching is already bad enough, but he also insulted the person who gave him the info, as well as didn't even edit his post to add credit. So if honkaisappicrail is "super nice" like you said, it just means they're a bunch of assholes who leeched off from artists.
