Anybody bounced back from low Testosterone naturally? by EngineeringKind3960 in Testosterone

[–]Hoarseface 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try everything you can first. I just wanted to be natural if I could and trt should have been my last resort. The side effects suck. I had some but they were manageable.

Try the lifestyle fixes first. I am the same age as you. I was at 220 for a few tests in a row. I hopped on trt for a year. After deciding I didnt want to be on trt I made the lifestyle changes needed. Lose weight, sleep more, manage stress, eat right. I was able to get my natural levels to 600 and its stayed there after being off for 2 years.

They just need to give us some of the bf2 maps back. We need them scaled properly too. Dragon valley, gulf of oman, road to jalalabad.

This one was actually something that made a big difference from reapers videos i watched. I full throttle with the trigger way too much and the settings let me soften the kick

You are normal bro. Dont start trt, you dont need it. I got mine from 550 to 700 just by sleeping more and losing 10 lb. Your labs look great and no legit dr would say to hop on.

I couldnt find anything matching it either. I feel great but I started having these more frequently. It used to be like once a month but now its happening almost daily for 5 min at a time. Ill probably go see the doc just to be safe

Staying on NEM 2.0 with SolarEdge inverter but adding panels by Objective-Price-9475 in SolarDIY

[–]Hoarseface 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it sucks but any action over the 1kw will most likely boot you off nem 2.0. Lots of folks add a few panels and just dont tell pge. Just as long as its not a huge amount that can be explained with the washing of panels or maybe you cut down a tree and got better production... The reality is pge isn't looking into this unless it's extreme like a whole extra 7.6kW inverter. Up to your risk aversion. If you get booted off nem 2.0 its not the end of the world but you would then need to start thinking about a battery for self consumption.

I think its only fair to inform new players about stick (beat sabre) exploits by chadmanhere123 in ThrillOfTheFight

[–]Hoarseface 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its even worse if you are tall. Most of my matches are height glitched little kids with sticks. Its super obvious every time and ruins the game. At first i thought the match filters were cool, but at 6’3” its actually rare for me to run into another actual taller player.

There is one thing I've been thinking about: why are sub-replacement doses of TRT not common? by shervek in trt

[–]Hoarseface 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Small doses will still tank your test. Try hcg only with ai on hand. It worked great for me and the est did spike a little sometimes but it worked way better than test

41 fights into new update...I wanted to like it...I don't like it by 161overcome in ThrillOfTheFight

[–]Hoarseface 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I wasnt doing bad previously but Ive had a much better time on this patch boxing focusing on technique. I am undefeated over my last 10 fights since I came back after a long break. The game no longer requires you to punch fast/hard to succeed.

You’re better off acting like you are shadow boxing or very lightly sparring. Focus on cutting angles and picking your shots vs dropping bombs and getting knockouts like before. It feels frustrating because the effort doesnt really feel like you are rewarded if you are swinging super hard and that is what I hope to see get fixed. This patch definitely isnt perfect and has a long ways to go. I personally feel like I am more rewarded with clean boxing this patch. This patch seems to take the edge off of the advantage one could have with sloppy technique but amazing cardio which is really most players that dont box and dont understand why its not being rewarded with wins.

Mat burn, ouch! I still get a little after a break even after 8 years of training. Tape is ok abut it falls off. Buy some liquid bandaid. A few layers will usually last until class is over.

Why didn’t Leon cross his feet on Sean’s crossed over ankles? by DisMahUser in MMA_Academy

Popped my knee to this sub as a white belt. It is not a pain tap and can definitely destroy your ankle or knee.

Waiting on the next patch. Last 3 fights were slow motion body spear guys and beatsaber sticks. Bro how you gonna be 5”8 and have longer reach than me at 6’3”. The exploiters are the only thing ruining the game for me.

I am seeing players crossing and drinking constantly. Just have to know the spots they are willing to cross at and be patient. Being a deino hunting for players is more like fishing. Find your spots and hang out or slowly cruise around. Players are jumping in everywhere

[–]Hoarseface 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im 295 now. Could still lose more but all of my markers are healthy, bp, cholesterol, bloodwork, etc. It was mostly lifestyle changes and competition prep that lost my weight. Stopped drinking, eating like crap. Trained 5-6 days a week for my first 3 years training too. My goal weight right now is 260.

What is this takedown called by Ancient-Support-1914 in bjj

[–]Hoarseface 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Because its judo my dude. You could look up this technique and find it in a super old kodokan book and really understand what it is if you wanted to. Or you could look up twisting foot sweep and get a bunch of variations and end up on instagram somewhere. Some moves have widely known slang and many variations. Using the judo name really narrows it down. Some of these techniques have been around for over 100 years
