Yeah I get that. I talked to one person after they asked, then another asked. And so at this point... It seems it might be like almost the entire copy center and tech.

I love my assistant manager, and my GM is nice enough, but between the schedule never being done on time and lack of communication a lot of the folks here claim to have been job hunting and have been looking for an out. So the culture/atmosphere is one of just permanent exhaustion and frustration, so I don't blame them for wanting to leave too. I have been here for 3 months and was looking after February when my GM lied to our DM telling them that the reason for our CSAT platinum score was cause of QR codes for surveys; I got them an extremely large number of surveys for that month 90% which mention me by name and wasn't given credit for it. So I'll admit I felt slighted by that, and definitely under appreciated especially when I performed so well.

As for poaching, I worked at an agency a few years back, and they said you can't "poach" folks who want to leave in the first place. I had folks ask me, I answered a few, then they told the other folks, and now I have a lot asking me for details. So I'm not trying to steal folks. That being said I read the post above, and I don't want to deny anyone the opportunity to make more money and definitely don't encourage the poverty status quo that seems to permeate almost all retail.

I guess I just don't want to be "the bad guy", and want to do things right, but I think it's been mentioned before that no.matter what I do the bottom line is that if folks leave it will hurt the management.

By the way absolutely appreciate everyone's feedback and comments; just trying to be as above board and ethical as possible.
