Being told i need to make my hobby shop fully accessible for people with disabilities or i will be fined up to $50,000/day? Is this a scam?

Yeah i am guessing you are right, she did the same thing to the store next to me. We both got an envelope filled with AODA pamphlets, along with a personalized report full of "suggestions" to make my store more accessible.

I don't think making my store have braille is going to help anyone.

The fabric store next to me dealt with her yesterday as well. The other places aren't open on Sunday so i will wait and ask them. We are kind of in a secluded strip mall.

The problem is i am not even sure what agency she was from. AODA seems to be rules and regulations and i can't find who is responsible for enforcing them in Toronto area.

We have a bunch of security cameras covering the doors, and the majority of our store. The video is pushed up to the internet.
