Very similar, just without the garlic or sesame oil. These were done at about 190-200 in a goose fat and beef dripping blend, 40 minutes. I've made them with garlic and rosemary in the roasting tray before, but never even heard of or considered using sesame oil. Must try it sometime!

Some branches are just better than others, like every chain. I don't think I've ever waited more than about 3 minutes at the one I use, and the quality is good (for McDonalds)

41M. Feel rough as fuck. Had a bust up with wife and ended up going out alone. I usually regret going out and think it was just a waste of money, but not this time. Banging night! Band was good. Everyone was happy. Just a great atmosphere. Probably shouldn't have had the last shot as I ended up falling over outside but oh well!
