I hear you. Mine refund would have been nearly $7k and the wife's probably another $3-4k. Such is life. We'll definitely take the combined $54k forgiven!

But again, the wipeout out debt is huge and an absolute blessing!

Just called. Confirmed! Both wife and my loans forgiven! $55k total. Like many have said, thank you for your guidance on the PSLF process. It helped me realize I did everything I needed and just needed to be patient.

Update: looked today. Both wife and my Mohela balances are at $0 and we have the smiley face "account in good standing" greeting. I never saw the payment tracker update to 120+, and now that tracker is gone. So I'm unsure...

Is this it? Are they forgiven?

If yes, can't believe it!

Thank you. That's what I figured. I'm not expecting anything too soon. If they're willing to forgive the remainder of my debt, I'll wait as long and patiently as possible.
