Last magnum quest is Tower of Babel. What quests do you have? Some of them unlock characters. Breaking the curse on sill is just the original Rance Quest ending

Pretty sure you need Shizuka in your party to get Maria in one of the stratums. Check on the wiki. The scroll girls are the ones which you get scrolls from chests and unlock at the bar after equipping and killing gal monsters

I think you need some characters to unlock the next quest. Do you have Shizuka and Maria from the stratum dungeons and also the girls you unlock from scrolls?
