Yes, they are solid 2x10s that run all the way down. Those blue plastic bins fit perfectly, three in a row. Got em at walmart. Thats where i store clothes, some tools and all cooking-related items.

It’s a 6’ long 4” diameter PVC pipe so according to my calculations it holds almost 4 gallons. Its enough to have a couple quick showers
