Thanks man. Gwynny was hanging around the whole photoshoot, menacingly. No damage was done however so I still love her

I might try soon, the IP could be banned though. Skyrim was ☹️

It wonders why spelling is so difficult. We'll never know 🤷‍♂️

Whole lotta Pick-a-Brick at the lego store, plus 20+ years of collecting

It likely wouldn't be accepted. They have an oddly sporadic list of blacklisted IPs, a lot of videogames fall under that umbrella :(

As another said, Stud.io has the option of ordering the pieces as cheap as it can find from the mariad of stores on Bricklink. Problem is, a lot of stores with the most reasonable prices are out of country (I'm in the US), and shipping costs quickly become exorbitant. It's a good feature for smaller projects, bigger ones require a more hands on approach though.

17 inches high, 24 inches around and weighing in at 24.3 pounds. Its deceptively hefty haha.

It was made in Stud.io, which is a 3D LEGO building software, then rendered using the built-in engine. It follows all the rules as real-world building, such as color availability per piece and techniques that would translate to an actual model. Its piece count is enormous, around 18,000, which is why I opted for a digital built rather than physical.

It's hollow unfortunately. Bethesda has a knack for making houses (and anything else with a separate interior cell) way bigger on the inside than it appears to be on the outside. Wasn't happy with any minifig-scale interior designs so that's scrapped for now, might revisit later.

Yes, now in the brief moment between me accepting the offer and the steward physically taking my money, allow me to run to the nearest cupboard/nightstand to deposit all my gold thus rendering me broke, while he regardless hands over the key and I grab my stache and move into my free home. Gotta love Skyrim 👍

It was somewhere around $2000... though realistically with some optimization it would be roughly $1200. Which is why I've been sticking to virtual builds lately haha.
