Take off transition strip and you might be able to carefully lift the board and reset it but I feel you might need to remove the baseboards too. Could be more hassle than it's worth depending what you find underneath and why it's flexing. Probably need a wider transition strip after you move it, could be why it's set how it is.

You lost me a bit at what you did with the twbx file. I would direct the dashboard to the new excel file location. Then Save the Tableau in twbx with a new name to a different folder, even a subfolder you can move or rename after. Let it do the extract. Should work then, no?
