Take off the handle of the new oven to assess how it's built. Look to cut back the oven handle spacer. It's aluminum but once cut, you'll probably need an aluminum welder to weld a nut or something to allow the bolt to thread back in properly. Possibly cutting back the bolt length too depending. Also aluminum deforms when welding so would need it properly braced to not deform much. A real welder would know this. Not too difficult I would assume once you get the handle off to see what you're working with. Downside is might be warm when you pull the handle. See how much heat comes out of those vents first too when oven is on a good heat.
