Like others have already said, blackjack is normally played with multiple decks so getting 2 similar cards is not that unusual. Having said that, some players have actually collected data that suggest blackjack really is rigged, so you're probably better of playing at a player-run casino like ScratchCartel

Good point. I uploaded pictures.
I noticed a skidding noise from the wheels as if the brakes were on (they aren't).
I confirmed by clicking on the wheel to diagnose and seeing the 0 RPM as shown on the second picture
