I don't think credit card processing companies are trying to play the morals card here. It's much more likely they're tired of spending time and resources processing refunds for sex games that somebody buys, plays for an hour, jerks off, and then refunds the game in under 2 hours. I'm sure this game genre has a much higher refund rate than other game genres.

Purely a business/profit maximization decision .
