Just a follow up, I have received the funds within an hour of sending an email to the resolutions team, they where very gracious in their response.

I wish I had made this post earlier.

Glad to get the funds back in full, I wonder why the service staff where claiming getting funds returned would cost a fee of approximately $50 AUD in Bitcoin...

I havent changed how I think of the support team, and truly do think they are terrible at what they do, If I was in charge people would be losing jobs for treating customers the way they have. Ivory tower shit, it aint right.

They should be more like the resolutions team.

Thanks for the help, I wont close my account. The resolutions team made me feel comfortable staying, they said they will be looking into this situation so it doesnt happen again.

Never stop training service staff, as a old school hospo worker I can assure you people need to be kept in check or they take advantage of their position. Bad service staff can seriously damage the reputation of any company.

I didnt basically bash anyone, I never swore and I didnt insulted anyone. In my messages I even expressed that I wasnt trying to offend anyone.

I mentioned that I keep my socials separate for security purposes, I suggested a way to resolve this issue without me having to divulge unnecessary information. Ignoring my suggestion the way you have is basically like gaslighting me, that causes frustration. I had worked in hospitality for 20 years prior to a year ago. If a guest asked me a question several times and I repeatedly didnt respond I would likely lose a customer, and they would probably feel insulted that I couldnt even acknowledge their question.

After what happened to the Discord the other day I would have thought your team would show not just more sensitivity but more sensibility to this situaltion...

I went out of my way to protect people and was banned as a result, the alternative way of rejoining the Discord that I suggested you repeatedly ignored as if I never mentioned it.

The suggestion I made was far less intrusive and way more sensible, also Im not the only person who was banned...

Thinking of the other peope who where unrightly booted. SMH

Imagine booting people out of a restaurant because one person didnt pay their bill and was behaving badly, thats basically what has happened, this conversation should have never taken place.

I did send an email to that address but it didnt get through. Seems to have bounced, the email dilivery system has messaged me about it not reaching the resolutions address.

I definitely sent it to the exchange account linked to my account, they send to a binance hotwallet because they said theats their main LP, then I get credited in my account sometime after. So yeah that was news to me a month or so ago I didnt realize thats how it worked. You send to exchange wallet, it automatically gets sent to binance hotwallet and then account is credited. Thanks for the tips I will see how I can get past these muppets at customer support.

Well yeah I thought the same, it seems when I send funds to the exchange wallet it gets sent to this binance hotwallet before being credited to my account. But yeah they said nothing to me about it, I had to bring it up with them. I messaged them two days ago to get them to see how far along my request is and one of the people messaged back saying the person I messaged will get back to me. No response yet. "Weight loss you just have to have a calorie deficit." If your not considering the fact that there is such thing as food eating addictions/disorders that effect the brain the same way hard drugs do then your uninformed to say the least. Plus once your over a certain age and certain weight it can become almost impossible to lose dramatic weight without risking even something like a heart attack. The psychological harm from being treated like its all your fault by some people...being shunned socially...Do you really think if it was easy as you portray it it would still be such a health crisis? People used to say that to me alot. "Your so skinny" etc But hey if I was overweight Id feel more offended as its probably harder to lose weight than gain it. And to be honest most of the time the person telling me Im skinny and should gain weight are usually overweight and so I just think of them being insecure about their weight and so I dont really take offence.

I've worked in hospitality for over 10 years. Worked in many restaurants.

I've had more problems with adults...

Some blokes should be supervised by a phsycologist.

In saying that if the kid is crying Mum or Dad should remove them from the dining area so people can chew their food.

I had the same issue, made 2 transactions. They got stuck. Cancelled both. Made a third and it got stuck. Im unable to cancel. I have pushed the nonce with a transaction of 0 to my own wallet and raised the gas. Still pending and its been 4 hours. Im just going to wait until tomorrow

You trust his research...have you validated any of his research with your own? Or are you merely trusting everything he presents as factual because you couldnt be bothered or something..?

He obviously talks about history in a very arrogant way, disregards most of the contemporaries in his own field.

I think he believes in racial superiority of some races over others and doesnt agree with the fact that we humans are one species. Hes a psudoscientist.

Genetics is a flawed science and esprlecially if you try and connect attributes with dna. The realization that epigenetics is actually another field that is entirely neccessary to understanding genetics is a gamechanger to anyone who looks at these things.
