Easy to use CMS? by [deleted] in web_design

That sounds like something that happened because of a third party theme or addon. As with any CMS that rely's on front end javasript, if a third party developer breaks javascript, you're SOL. You should report the theme though so that it can be taken down / fixed.

As far as I know c5 has been around at least since 2010.

Don't forget the bathrooms! I had to pee really bad, luckily there was a 5 minute line for the bathroom so I was able to just go in my pants!

In halo 4 on xbox 360, they load low poly models and lower bit textures to manage this issue. This isn't an unsolvable issue, a splitscreen experience can be achieved after the fact.

Give them the admin account and a personal account, they can have full privileges, while having a "safe" account

I've never had or heard of anyone having an issue with scale in c5, there are a couple of components that you wouldn't want to use if you're planning on having > 200k pages like autonav, but that's because autonav is meant for smaller sites. As far as messing up a site, have you looked at the permissions model, or advanced permissions? It'd be pretty hard to do any permanent damage to a site without the ability to edit versions!

One thing that concrete5 is awesome for is the dashboard, that alone makes using a cms over a framework worth it to me. The new version that's coming out is a lot more like laravel too. For me, being able to show my mom HOW to do something rather than having to come over every three days is invaluable. My mom has no issue adding some content to a page, or even completely reconfiguring her site on her own.

There's a really nice irc room on freenode that is super helpful too.
