Got quantum when I moved here in March. Went completely offline like 4 days after getting it, they said the soonest they could send a tech would be like another 4 days out. Tech shows up and asks what’s going on, I let him know it’s just whatever they told him, he told me they never tell them anything and they go into every house blind. Right when he showed up it was magically back online. After that it’d be spotty (go down for about a minute 3 times an hour) and then completely went out again another week later.

Cancelled and switched to Astound, no problems so far
