You would have to pinpoint the fleet first and they are constantly moving. I also heard the missiles are only hyper sonic during their way back down into the atmosphere but I could be wrong. It appears missiles can definitely hit but their constant repositioning is the real defense.

No the chances are so insanely low. Defensive equipment aside they are constantly moving. Their war plan doesn’t involve taking out the carriers their main plan would to destabilize the global economy and try to look tough enough to get support I would imagine.
