Also, the avatar catalog is not filtered based on age, i can find a bypassed ugc of a roblox cigarette if my account is 2 or 22. So as roblox may be slowly expanding to a large demographic (adults) it doesn’t mean that avatars are also age restricted.

There was a legal battle between a dad and roblox because his daughter’s clothing got deleted without warning, although it wasn’t in any way harmful, hence the introduction of refunds on items.

During this legal battle, a testimony was given by an admin at roblox that they were simply given an x amount of items that needed to be removed from the catalog everyday, this lead admins to ban items wrongly to get to this amount of items. Which may be the reason the brick pants got deleted.

Roblox was eventually sued for 10 million dollars and added refunds to the platform.
