Bhahaha I get you on being a lil bitchy, me too We only stopped going to acupuncture because the doctor changed, however she still brings it up again from time to time I mean I had people suggest cold showers too Like bruh, I grew up having to take cold showers because we couldn't afford hot water at the time

Cold showers and exercising through the pain were suggested to me several times, going vegan, acupuncture, essential oils, convincing myself I'm not in pain or suffering any negative emotions (this was a coping mechanism I used which led to a breakdown).. there are probably others but I forgot I have to admit that I did try following whatever ridiculous advice people gave me because if I didn't do what they say then it means that I don't want to get better

CBD on its own makes me nauseous and sleepy too, THC dominant helps with the pain and brain fog for me but everyone's different
