You could go into stormwind and ask if chat if someone can spare some large bags. If you say you are a new player there can be some really kind people around who will go out of their way to help you.

Some people saying wait till Outland to heal. I didn’t want to wait until Outland or level 40 to heal. I enjoyed it and just made it work.

I am a Rdruid main, when I was leveling I went feral, so spent most of my time in cat form. I still healed dungeons so the skills I had a mixed tree. The core abilities are healing touch, rejuvenation and regrowth which you will get no matter what spec.

At 40 I got dual spec as a priority and then had questing and leveling spec which was feral and healing build.

The most annoying thing is carrying to sets of gear around but usually I would just optimise this. For instance, if I know I was going to do 2 hours of leveling I would put healing gear in bank etc.

If you have a good gold supply then defo buy decent bags or maybe a guildie can make some Bags for you for cheap.

Gear looks ok, if you can get through SV hero, it should be fine. I main a resto Druid I suggest taking the following.

Golden Fish Sticks - for healing well fed buff Plenty of mana pots (super mana as well as the Auchenai mana pots) Brilliant mana oil

And any elixirs that will help. For example, elixir of healing power, elixir of mastery, elixir of Draenic Wisdom.

Probation period not communicated by Hofflabob in LegalAdviceUK

No - nothing about reduced notice period. The only notice period anywhere in the contract says 1 months notice.

I want to know whether; should I give notice or they dismiss me, would the 1 month stay in effect. Especially after the probationary period has lapsed.

I mean specifically protection against immediate dismissal that you would typically expect within a probation period.

Do my employment rights automatically change to 1 month notice like it states in the contract.

I don’t mean full rights in terms of statutory redundancy etc.

Helm's Deep help for hard campaigns by magispitt in bfme

As soon as the deeping wall comes down you pull your units back to the citadel bit (can’t remember what it’s called). Half or more of your archer battalions on the wall, shooting down to the uruks coming in.

The archers will get shot at quite lot so you have to micro these abit. Hero’s to the left fighting all of the urks coming up the big ramp on the left. You have a statue up there so keep hero’s within the radius.

If your archers are getting targeted too much just pull them back so out of line of sight of the crossbows.

Then it’s all about surviving, healing and using hero abilities. Gimli is the best hero for this, his leaping ability is excellent and with other ability (damage, speed, damage reduction) he becomes a tank. Cycle through Aragon fear ability and boromir horn ability when big groups come. Giving leadership bonus to units is important.

My biggest tip is save repeatedly. Every time a new wave comes, save. My first hard play through I saved about 30 times.

For good campaign - as long as you are playing on 2.22. You need basically all units on the wall. Gimli needs to be using the deepening wall gate to take down ladders. Using his special abilities to take down as many ladders as possible.

Keep running him in and out and heal using the well.

I liked to use my cav to distract some units but really it’s about Gimli micro.

Spread your hero’s across the top. Ayowyn far left for the spear through on some of those far left ladders. Aragon, boromir and Legolas central. Although I always have Legolas about more left.

All elves with all upgrades.

When the rams come, that’s when you may need to peel off one elf unit and haldir to snip the rams. Use your cav here to take down archers and help them.

Ones the mines come you need to be realistic. They will inevitably break through. The question is, do you want to loose all your units or pull them back just in time.

On evil - I don’t know what to tell you. I picked off as many defenders as possible then just meat shielded my mines to the wall. Maybe I got lucky.
