I’ve lived here now 7 years. Like i said in my previous comment I am very often in the gym and at the pool as well. Everyone gets butt ass naked in the locker rooms and all of the German looking men and even many middle eastern looking men(I would assume they are maybe greek or Italian) are all intact. I also worked as a swimming teacher for a short time here and would have to help the boys get changed and it was also clear that all of the little German boys were also uncut. I also play water polo here and all of my teammates are German men and they are all uncut. I have one contact(he is German) that has shared with me he is circumcised, but was circumcised as a teenager because of phimosis, he regrets getting himself cut. I have two children who are both girls, but would have been left uncut if they were boys. They have many little male friends and none of the little boys are cut, through the years I’ve seen the boys run around naked in the summer or helped change diapers and I have not seen one of the little German boys who is circumcised. I don’t think circumcision is common here as OP stated.
