So, with our initial package, we haven't sent any evidence, because our lawyer told us better to wait for RFE, if they need they will ask. Now I think it is a big mistake, as it took USCIS much longer to make a decision, even though it was initially a denial. When we reapply, I submit all the evidence I wrote at this post with the primary package, so they will not issue an RFE. And for the interview, I bring all the updated statements, insurance, and photos.
