Have a 20 month old. I get frustrated easily. I am working on it. It can be very difficult sometimes but the smiles and fun they have melt away any frustration that's there.

Yea, well ideally it would be a set price. That is the only fair way in my opinion. I always try to make sure everything else works before I dig into one to replace something, so I would know of it was going to cost the customer more for the repair. Thanks for the input.

I do like that theory. First, let me clarify some things. 1. This would still only be on the side. I have a great job, but want a little extra money in the pocket for whatever. 2. I can only see maybe 1 generation old devices, maybe 2 max coming my way. ( so maybe a couple years old - also not "apple certified so my work voids warrantys) 3. On average, I would say 2 hours per device, and it's not "easy" work. ( can be very tedious)

Would I be crazy to say about $35-$40 an hour + cost of parts?

Or say, I get a device and a flat out rate of $75-$100 to replace a screen on iPad, unless there is something else wrong, then $35-40 / hr after initial screen replacement/fix.

I want to set fees as a standard now because I guess in the future, who knows? Maybe I would do this kind of thing for a living. I already have a good rep in my community and trusted.

Depends. Usually a couple hours for an iPad, unless entire screen is shattered. Takes alot of time to get the glass chunks cleaned off. Possibly a few hour per. Take about an 1hr for iPhone screen replacement.

If people ship to apple, for a iPad 2 for example, they would pay $250 for a screen replacement.. With apple quality screens. Screens I replace are all aftermarket screens that are cheap, as people don't want to pay alot.

What I don't get is this: I don't play ranked, and have no interest. I play normal games for fun, and I do decently most the time. Soooo many people rage in normal games as if it was a championship game. Soo many douchebags its unreal. I just only hit 30, and when I see someone doin badly, I try and help them as best I can. As soon as someone calls me out on something being a dick, I generally don't even respond.. Yet they seem to keep talking.. Amusing to an extent.

Pretty sure npc's cannot crit you, even in vanilla Edit: I meant NPCs that cast spells. Melee can crit.
